Excellent service from Alexandra & Co, Dunstable. Our sales consultant, Lauren, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From beginning the process in early October to receiving our house keys on 19 December, everything was completed in just 2.5 months. Because of the team’s hard work and dedication, we were able to move in just before Christmas and celebrate our first Christmas in our very first home, a truly emotional and unforgettable moment for us. We had been renting through Alexandra & Co for nearly one and a half years, and throughout that time we were always treated with care, professionalism, and respect. A special thank you to Alan Dempsey, whose guidance and belief in us helped make something possible that we once thought was out of reach, owning our own two-bedroom home. Lauren was not only professional and responsive but genuinely supportive and reassuring. She was always available, quick to reply, and made us feel confident and comfortable at every stage.
