In October we were delighted to welcome David Cothier to our recently relocated Central Support team, based in our Bicester Head Office, as a Client Accounts Team Leader. Client accounts is a key part of our Lettings process and our team provides essential support to our in-house Lettings team, as well as our landlords and tenants. David’s joining us comes as part of our continued commitment to service and ensuring that our clients are supported at all times when it comes to account queries.
Here’s a little bit more about David:
Having worked in an Oxfordshire-based Lettings agent before coming to join the Alexander & Co team, David knows and understands both the local clientele and the Lettings industry well. ‘I have 13 years’ experience in client accounts,’ David told us, ‘and am used to dealing with people local to the area. I’ve also worked on the same systems that Alexander & Co use in my previous roles, so have been able to quickly get to grips with the processes that are used here.’
When asked what he’s looking forward to most about his new position with us, David said: ‘I’m looking forward to meeting new people and getting really stuck in with the work and the team,’ all of which David has already started doing, working closely with our established Client Accounts team members. His knowledge of our database from his previous role, combined with his can-do attitude has already seen David settling in well to our team here, which has been brilliant to see.
We’re very much looking forward to working with David over the coming months, and getting him fully trained in our processes and procedures, and are certain that our landlords and tenants will benefit hugely from his experience in the industry.
