Willing to shake things up

Our energetic Sales Manager at the heart of the Bicester office, Jack Holmes is focused and consistent. With his extensive experience in the industry, Jack who originally started his career as a Sales Negotiator in Bournemouth, has since progressed through Senior Negotiator and Assistant Manager positions. Jack thrives on bringing fresh ideas of how we can “shake-up” the town’s sales market in 2021!

Adding that little extra something

From Central London to our Head Office, Lisa Mendicino's path has been anything but ordinary. Her passion is people, so it’s no surprise Lisa is our new People Operations Manager. Having worked for a company covering hotels from Gatwick to Edinburgh, she’s certainly experienced in developing organisations. She brings this knowledge to & Co and pushes the team proficiently to meet client needs better. Lisa continues to strive for more, and her skills are clearly in succession planning, talent mapping and organisational design.

Continuing to offer support

Since his industry debut in 2012, Tom Spencer-Lewis has shown huge commitment to clients. Starting as a Negotiator and now prospering as a Senior Negotiator/Valuer in our Dunstable branch, Tom works hard to make time for everyone. Conscientious, focused and reliable, Tom has experience working for agents both big and small. He aims to deliver the best support possible to our valued clients and customers.

Remaining driven to do more

James Wensley isn’t afraid of a challenge, as you can tell from his experience in a Liverpool based letting agents as a Property Supervisor, where he was responsible for over 300 tenants in seven apartment buildings, which was no small feat, but of course he was able to rise to it, even managing to maintain excellent relationships with his clientele. As a skilled Property Manager in our Aylesbury branch, James continues to aim high as he works towards his ARLA industry qualification.
