One of the things we pride ourselves on at Alexander & Co is our ethos. We have a strong company culture at our core, and really believe in what we stand for. We’re also very aware of the service we provide to our local communities by finding and securing homes for individuals and families alike at varying stages of life. It’s this responsibility that drives our passionate hard work, and one of the reasons we go above and beyond to help others.
Something we strongly believe in is partnership. Partnership is a fundamental factor for us, both internally with our fantastic teams and externally with current and future clients. We value strong partnerships, and know what by working closely with others, we can make a difference to the community.
We are delighted to announce a new partnership with local charity Action4Youth. Action4Youth works closely with young people, offering transformative experiences and activities to help children and young adults challenge themselves and learn to work with others. The charity runs various Youth Groups across the county, offers the National Citizen Service and Duke of Edinburgh Awards, and leadership, mentoring and outdoor programmes to get young people working together on collaborative projects and enhance their skills.
'We are very aware the future of our communities is in the hands of the youngsters who are full of potential and energy', George Thomas, CEO of Alexander & Co commented.
Our CEO, George Thomas, Commercial Director, Paul Broomham, and our Sales and Lettings Managers with Nick Lund, Development Director at Action4Youth.
'Action4Youth have been incredibly successful inspiring the rising generation of our community, not only to help themselves, but also help each other,' George continued. 'We are incredibly proud to sponsor the leadership programme, which educates and encourages young people in positive communication, creative thinking and leadership, all attributes we consider core values within our company. We hope our contribution to Action4Youth will allow young people to develop these skills, giving them confidence and helping to shape their future successes.'
We're delighted to have partnered with such a fantastic charity, and are looking forward to attending their Big Night Out at Aylesbury Waterside Theatre on September 11th 2019, where George will be presenting some awards.
More news to come on this as our partnership develops!
