Our general experience with Alexander & Co was excellent. The team was always approachable and friendly, and their service was great from check-in to repair follow-ups to check-out. The only significant issue we faced was a frustrating delay with our deposit and final corrections. The delay was due to our account manager being on holiday, and it seemed no one else was willing to take ownership of the issue. We can't thank Anne Lescalier enough for stepping in. Once she returned, she immediately resolved everything for us. Her professionalism and quick action saved the day and prevented what could have been a very negative experience. I wish her the best.

We were recommended to Alexander&co by a local tradesman as we live out of the area of Dunstable now. My brother and I were selling my late Mother and Father’s house (also our family home for many years) so it held a very special place in our hearts.
