If you let your properties with Alexander & Co, you’ll be given your own personalised online account. You won’t even have to wait until your property is tenanted - as soon as it has been placed on the market with us, we will send you details to confirm that your account is ready to be set up whenever you like. Your account will allow you to:

  • See all current and past viewings including feedback
  • View pending and completed maintenance works
  • View and download all your rental statements, certificates and property reports in one place
  • Option to upload your own documentation or make amends to your contact details
  • Read our regular lettings advice and important legislation updates


This service is available to our Fully Managed and Rent Collection landlords only and provides up to £100,000 total rental income and legal protection*.
