This guy is buying 8 Nicholas Charles with tenant in situ and I am now told it is pretty close to exchange and completion (potentially 1st October!)
Has moved unexpectedly fast so will need to speak with him about the tenancy terms and handover. He is happy to take tenant in situ but would want to manage himself. Would be okay with Rent collect but would like to discuss these terms pretty urgently now.
Should have probably passed a bit sooner but honestly didn’t think it would be ready until November at the earliest!
