Our No Deposit Option allows you to rent your new home, without the need for an upfront deposit or typing your deposit money up for the duration of your tenancy*. Although you will still be liable for any damage, unpaid rent or cleaning issues at the end of your tenancy.

Disclaimer

Alexander and Co's No Deposit Option (NDO) is part of the Residency membership. With this option, the tenant can pay the monthly membership fee without the need to have the traditional deposit amount tied up for the duration of the tenancy. The tenant will still be liable for any damages at the end of the tenancy and there is a monthly fee to be a Residency member.

I cannot recommend Elaine and Jack at Alexander&Co, Buckingham enough. From what was a very stressful and anxious time for our family, the very professional duo worked in tandem to not only secure us a wonderful property, but worked at speed to ensure it was achieved so quickly, therefore helping to reduce our anxieties. They both went above and beyond to get a property viewing done on the same day as the enquiry, the paperwork complete only hours later and kept with constant communication throughout.
